About Songbird Audio

Anthony began piano at age 6 and trombone and singing soon after. Listening to many genres of music, Anthony became interested in the technical and creative processes of recording and mixing. While in high school he met a few people that worked in the live sound industry. Assisting them gave helped him gain experience. Through hard work and commitment, Anthony went on to earn a Bachelor of Music with a focus in sound engineering.

During full-time school, he was able to gain experience working weekends for a regional sound company. This included various concerts, religious organizations, and corporate events. A positive hard-working demeanor became the staple for what clients saw.

In 2006, Anthony began a job alongside the industry’s top award-winning TV music mixers at Effanel Music. While working there, he learned the workflow and technical aspects of live television awards shows. It also helped him learn the communication skills required to be successful in the television business.

Anthony has worked on hundreds of concerts, live events, television shows, and festivals. These include a variety of roles such as Monitor mixing for Harry Connick Jr’s band, Pro Tools playbacks for the Grammy Awards, Re-recording mixer for Jesus Christ Superstar: Live, and TV-A1 for numerous shows. Anthony flourishes in a team environment and his attention to detail is evident.

Having experience in both live concerts and broadcast audio, Songbird Audio Associates was formed to bridge the gap. Services include staffing for live events, concerts, and television, system design, and Pro Tools system rentals. We’re committed to doing our best to ensure all clients expectations are exceeded.
